If the item was purchased from an authorized dealer, please contact them directly for assistance. Items that are ordered through an authorized dealer and personalized by Sage Manufacturing cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Request a Return

If you want to return an item that was purchased on sageflyfish.com, please send an email to sagecs@sageflyfish.com with a description of the problem and reference your order number in the email. We will initiate the return in our system and send you a return authorization number. Please mark this number on the outside of the package you are returning.

Please include original paperwork, tags and packing receipts in the return package.

If you purchased the item at one of our authorized dealers, please contact that dealer to process the return.

Damaged During Shipment

If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call Sage Customer Service at (877) 263-6141 or send an email to sagecs@sageflyfish.com Save all packaging material and paperwork.
