Trick question. Given that Primaloft (and other synthetic insulations) are measured in thickness based on the weight per 1 sq meter, “120 gram Primaloft” only actually weighs 120 grams if you measure exactly 1-square-meter of the material. But you asked “how grams of Primaloft are in the” jacket, rather than “what is the thickness rating of the Primaloft in the jacket.” So unless you are using EXACTLY one square meter of insulation in the jacket (highly unlikely), the actually weight, in grams, is much less than 120. Therefore, for a size medium, I’d guess you use less than 1/2 of a sq m, so I’ll guess there are 58 grams of 120-gram Primaloft. ;^p
