The 4500CF has the same machined aluminum frame construction as the 4500 but built with a carbon fiber spool. The 4500CF reel series was designed to decrease weight, add amazing durability and reduce the cost of owning a Sage performance reel. As an added bonus, 4500 and 4500CF spools are interchangeable.
