As of June 1st, our Repair Center has resumed processing orders. We continue to work to comply with direction form our state and county health departments to ensure employee safety.
Please note that our backlog is significant, and we ask for your continued patience this summer. All repairs will be processed in the order they were received.
As expected, our turnaround times will be much longer this season and you should expect most repairs to take 10-12 weeks to complete; in some cases this may be longer.
We know that it’s fishing season and we appreciate your understanding and patience during this unusual time; we are anglers too, so we get it. Our team will be working hard to get your gear back to you as quickly as possible now that we are up and running.
