Shipping Information

Due to COVID-19 and current safety measures in place to protect our employees, orders may experience delays. We are striving to ship all orders as quickly and safely as possible. Sage ships to all addresses in the US and Canada. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays. Orders ship via FedEx. We will send you an email confirmation with the FedEx tracking number upon shipment.

Ground orders placed by 12PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) will generally ship on the same business day. Expedited 2 Day or Next Day orders placed before 2PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) will ship on the same business day. 2 Day or Next Day orders placed after that time will ship the next business day. Saturday delivery is not available.
Free Ground shipping only applies to US addresses in the lower 48. Alaska and Hawaii orders must ship via 2 Day or Next Day.

Returns Information


Passionate about creating fly fishing products that continually exceed expectations, Sage strives to meet your standards. Items purchased on may be returned up to 90 days, unused from the date of purchase.  
If the item was purchased from an authorized dealer, please contact them directly for assistance. Items that are ordered through an authorized dealer cannot be returned or exchanged through


​To return or exchange an item that was purchased on, please give us a call at 877-263-6141 or use our Contact Us form. Please include a description of the problem and reference your order number in the form. Our Customer Service team will initiate the return in our system and send you instructions on how to send your product to us.


​If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please use our Contact Us form to initiate a return. Save all packaging material and paperwork.
